Western Sydney Homes is a property discovery and marketing platform. We help buyers find and compare new residential developments in Western Sydney, and — with your consent — introduce you to participating property providers.

We are not a real estate agency, and we do not act as your agent. We are not a licensed financial adviser, mortgage broker, conveyancer or legal adviser, and nothing on this website is financial, credit, legal or taxation advice.

Information on this website

Development details — including prices, availability, plans, inclusions, images and completion timeframes — are supplied to us by the relevant property provider. We publish that information in good faith but we do not independently verify it, and it can change without notice. You must confirm anything that matters to you directly with the provider before acting on it.

Match results are generated by a rules-based system from the preferences you give us. A match is a suggestion for you to investigate, not a recommendation, an endorsement, or advice that a property is suitable for you.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. Match quality depends on it.
• Only submit your own contact details, or details you are authorised to provide.
• Do not use the site to send spam, scrape data, or interfere with its operation.
• Obtain your own legal, financial and building advice before entering any contract.

How we are paid

The service is free for buyers. We may receive advertising, marketing or referral fees from participating property providers. See our Referral Disclosure for detail.

Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this website belong to Western Sydney Homes, except for material supplied by property providers, which belongs to them. You may not reproduce the site or systematically extract its contents without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information supplied by a property provider, from any dealing between you and a provider, or from any decision you make about a property. Our dealings with you are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
