Buying a new home in the north-west means opening a dozen developer websites, filling in a dozen forms, and getting called by a dozen sales teams. We built Western Sydney Homes to replace that with one set of preferences and a shortlist worth your time.
What we do
We collect what you are actually looking for — budget, suburbs, property type, bedrooms and timeline — and compare it against the developments of participating providers. You get a ranked shortlist with the reasons each project matched, and you decide who to talk to.
What we are not
We are not a real estate agency. We do not act as your agent or the seller’s. We are not a financial adviser, mortgage broker, conveyancer or legal adviser, and we do not give advice about whether a property suits you. Those are decisions for you and your own professionals.
How we are paid
The service is free for buyers. We are paid by participating property providers through advertising, marketing or referral fees. Commercial arrangements are not an input to the matching engine — they cannot raise a project’s match score. Our Referral Disclosure sets out the detail.
What we will not do
We do not publish invented prices, availability, testimonials, review scores or suburb statistics. If we do not hold a figure, we say “contact for current pricing” rather than guessing. We do not pass your details to a provider unless you have separately consented, and that box is never pre-ticked.
